GY Machining has been cutting metal and plastic parts since 2008. We run 32 CNC machines across 2-, 3- and 4-axis work, supported by wire EDM and sinker EDM, and hold tolerances down to 0.002 mm on milled features. Send a drawing or a STEP file and we will quote it.

Most of our work is one-off prototypes and production runs up to a few thousand pieces, where the drawing is tight and the deadline is short.
CNC milling
2-, 3- and 4-axis milling for housings, brackets, manifolds and plates. Thirteen of our machines are 4-axis, which keeps multi-face parts to a single setup and holds true position between features.
CNC turning
Eight lathes for shafts, bushings, pins and threaded components, including parts that come off the lathe and go straight to a milling setup for cross-holes and flats.
Wire & sinker EDM
Six WEDM and six EDM machines for sharp internal corners, hardened tool steel, thin slots and geometry that a cutter cannot reach.
Inspection
Dimensional reports on request. First-article inspection before a production run starts, so a drawing error surfaces on piece one rather than piece two hundred.
